Pricing that fits your project

These are my rates for all common children's book drawing styles. Rates for complex & realistic drawing styles may be higher. I will always work with you to understand your project and a find a solution that best fits within your budget!

I'm committed to keeping my prices affordable, and always being communicative and transparent about my rates. Project estimates are always free, so you will never be surprised by hidden charges.

Page layouts can be mixed! Let me know how many of each page layout you are interested in and I can help determine the price.

Text & Formatting: For an additional $100 fee, I can provide proof-reading, layout, and formatting for any project. This will mean your book will be delivered ready to print. This service includes an editor to read over the text to ensure that the grammar and punctuation are correct. The context of the story will remain the same and only grammatical changes will be made.

Once we've settled on a timeline and estimated cost, I'll request a 50% down deposit. This provides both you and me a security to the project.

Example project:

Let's imagine that you want a children's book illustrated that needs 10 illustrations, including a cover.

If the single-page illustration style is requested for the entire book, it would total $550 (10 pages at $50 each, plus a $50 cover).
The same project, but with the spot illustrations requested instead, would total $350. (10 illustrations at $30 each, plus a $50 cover).
